PENETRATION TESTING
Put Your Security to the Test
Security tools can identify potential problems. Penetration testing goes further by determining what an attacker could actually exploit. ANJOLEN’s penetration testing services simulate real-world attack techniques to uncover exploitable weaknesses, validate existing security controls, and demonstrate how vulnerabilities could be used to compromise your environment. From testing your external perimeter to conducting advanced Red and Purple Team exercises, our cybersecurity professionals help you understand not just where vulnerabilities exist—but what they mean for your organization.
More than a scan.
A real-world perspective.
- Manual validation and analysis
- Reduced false positives
- Prioritize risks
- Stronger overall security posture
A CLOSER LOOK
Go Beyond Automated
Vulnerability Scanning
Automated vulnerability scans are an important part of cybersecurity, but they can’t fully replicate the creativity, adaptability, and decision-making of a human attacker.
ANJOLEN combines industry-standard technology with hands-on analysis and manual validation. Our testers investigate identified weaknesses, determine whether they can actually be exploited, and evaluate the potential impact on your systems, data, and operations.
This helps reduce false positives and allows your team to prioritize vulnerabilities that present meaningful risk.
Our Services
Penetration Testing Services
From your external perimeter to advanced Red and Purple Team engagements, we offer a full range of penetration testing services designed to meet your organization's needs.
External Penetration Testing
See your organization through the eyes of an internet-based attacker. ANJOLEN evaluates internet-facing systems such as firewalls, gateways, remote-access systems, servers, and exposed services. Testing includes reconnaissance, vulnerability identification, service fingerprinting, and controlled manual exploitation where appropriate. The objective is to determine whether an external attacker could bypass security controls, gain unauthorized access, or establish a path into your internal environment.
Internal Penetration Testing
What could happen if an attacker was already inside your network? Internal penetration testing simulates scenarios such as a compromised employee account, infected endpoint, unauthorized device, or malicious insider. ANJOLEN evaluates endpoints, servers, domain controllers, network infrastructure, services, segmentation, permissions, and other internal controls to determine whether an attacker could escalate privileges, move laterally, access sensitive information, or compromise additional systems.
Wireless Network Penetration Testing
Your network doesn’t necessarily stop at your building’s walls. ANJOLEN evaluates wireless networks, access points, authentication methods, encryption, guest networks, segmentation, connected devices, and other wireless controls. Testing may include wireless reconnaissance, password auditing, rogue access-point detection, client testing, evil-twin scenarios, and attempts to bypass network isolation.
Red Team Testing
Red Team engagements take penetration testing a step further by simulating a determined adversary pursuing a defined objective. Depending on the agreed scope and Rules of Engagement, ANJOLEN may use reconnaissance, credential attacks, external exploitation, social engineering, privilege escalation, lateral movement, persistence, and other tactics to evaluate your organization’s ability to prevent, detect, and respond to a realistic attack. Rather than looking at individual vulnerabilities in isolation, Red Team testing can demonstrate how multiple weaknesses combine into a larger attack path.
Purple Team Testing
Purple Team testing brings offensive and defensive security together. ANJOLEN works collaboratively with your security personnel while attack techniques are performed, allowing your team to evaluate whether activity is visible and whether security tools and processes respond as expected. Exercises can help validate and improve technologies such as SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, firewall logging, alerting, and SOC procedures. Where Red Team testing asks whether an attacker can achieve an objective, Purple Team testing also asks: Did your organization see the attack—and how effectively did it respond?
WHICH TEST IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
Which Type of Penetration Test Do You Need?
Each type of test provides a different perspective. ANJOLEN can help determine the appropriate scope based on your environment, objectives, and existing cybersecurity program.
External Testing
Evaluates what an attacker could exploit from outside your organization.
Internal Testing
Evaluates what an attacker could accomplish after gaining internal access.
Wireless Testing
Focuses on Wi-Fi and wireless attack paths.
Red Team Testing
Evaluates your broader defenses against an objective-driven adversary.
Purple Team Testing
Focuses on improving detection, visibility, and response through collaboration between attackers and defenders.
Why ANJOLEN?
