Human & Physical Security Testing
Test the Human Side of Cybersecurity
Attackers don’t always need to exploit software. Sometimes the easiest path into an organization is convincing someone to click, trust, disclose, approve, or provide access.
ANJOLEN’s Human & Physical Security Testing evaluates how your people, processes, and physical controls respond to realistic social-engineering techniques.
Phishing Assessments
Rather than relying solely on generic templates, ANJOLEN develops customized phishing scenarios based on your organization, industry, processes, and likely threats. Campaigns may simulate credential harvesting, business email compromise, executive impersonation, vendor impersonation, malicious attachment scenarios, and other relevant social-engineering techniques. Testing is conducted safely without deploying malicious code. More importantly, ANJOLEN looks beyond click rates. Assessments can evaluate employee behavior, reporting, security controls, organizational response, and opportunities to strengthen awareness.
Vishing Assessments
Telephone-based social engineering can bypass many of the technical defenses protecting email and digital communication. ANJOLEN’s experienced professionals conduct authorized voice-based scenarios designed to determine how employees respond to convincing requests. Depending on the agreed Rules of Engagement, scenarios may involve requests for sensitive information, credentials, MFA approvals, password resets, financial authorization, internal procedures, remote-access assistance, or physical-access information. Testing helps determine whether employees verify identities, follow procedures, resist urgency, protect sensitive information, and escalate suspicious activity.
Physical Security Assessments
Cybersecurity also depends on controlling physical access to information, devices, systems, and sensitive areas. ANJOLEN can evaluate facility perimeter controls, doors and locks, electronic access controls, badges and credentials, visitor management, surveillance, sensitive-area protections, server and equipment rooms, workstation and document security, tailgating prevention, and related policies and procedures. Where authorized, testing may also include controlled physical social-engineering scenarios such as vendor or contractor pretexts, visitor-management testing, badge verification, tailgating attempts, or attempts to access restricted areas.
ANJOLEN does not pick locks, force entry, damage property, perform illegal circumvention, or intentionally create unsafe situations.
REAL INSIGHTS. STRONGER PEOPLE
Measure Behavior, Not Just Technology
Security awareness training tells employees what they should do. Human security testing helps determine what happens when they encounter a realistic attack.
Results can help organizations identify recurring behavioral weaknesses, improve verification and escalation procedures, strengthen training, and understand where technical controls could provide additional protection.
OUR APPROACH
Customized, Controlled & Authorized
Every social-engineering engagement is carefully scoped with the client.
The objective isn’t to embarrass or blame employees. It’s to identify weaknesses in a controlled environment so the organization can improve before those weaknesses are exploited by a real attacker.
