Compliance & Readiness Assessments
Prepare Before the Assessment, Contract, or Customer Request
Cybersecurity requirements increasingly influence who organizations can sell to, what contracts they can pursue, and what evidence customers expect to see.
ANJOLEN’s Compliance & Readiness Assessments help organizations understand applicable cybersecurity expectations, identify gaps, organize evidence, and prepare before those requirements become a barrier to business.
Avoid Surprises.
Be Ready.
- Understand Requirements
- Identify Gaps
- Prepare with Purpose
- Enable Opportunities
Readiness Before Formal Evaluation
Discovering major gaps during an audit, customer review, or formal assessment can create delays, unexpected costs, and lost opportunities.
ANJOLEN helps organizations evaluate readiness in advance by reviewing scope, controls, documentation, evidence, ownership, and remediation needs.
Our role is to help you prepare—not to promise certification, audit success, contract awards, or legal compliance.
SOC 2 Readiness Assessment
For service organizations pursuing a SOC 2 examination, ANJOLEN can evaluate readiness against the applicable AICPA Trust Services Criteria. The engagement may include defining service and system boundaries, selecting relevant Trust Services Criteria, reviewing control design and implementation, evaluating policies and procedures, reviewing evidence availability, identifying control ownership, supporting system-description readiness, identifying remediation priorities, and preparing for Type I or Type II objectives. ANJOLEN provides independent readiness support. SOC 2 examinations and reports are performed and issued by qualified CPA firms.
GSA CSF Readiness Assessment
Organizations pursuing work supporting GSA or other federal environments may encounter cybersecurity expectations that vary by acquisition, service, agency, data type, and contract. ANJOLEN uses NIST CSF 2.0 as a structured foundation while evaluating the specific federal and contractual requirements relevant to the opportunity. The assessment can review cybersecurity capabilities, evidence, federal requirement dependencies, cloud-service considerations, and gaps that could affect procurement readiness. There is no single universal “GSA cybersecurity certification,” and requirements should be confirmed for the specific opportunity.
CMMC Readiness Assessment
Organizations within the Defense Industrial Base may need to meet Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification requirements when handling Federal Contract Information or Controlled Unclassified Information. ANJOLEN helps contractors and subcontractors clarify scope, understand applicable requirements, evaluate control implementation, review documentation and evidence, and prioritize remediation before a required self-assessment or third-party assessment. Depending on applicability, this may include reviewing Level 1 requirements or Level 2 requirements aligned with NIST SP 800-171. ANJOLEN provides readiness and preparation services and does not replace an authorized CMMC assessment or certification process.

Turn Requirements Into a Plan
Compliance requirements can quickly become overwhelming when treated as hundreds of disconnected tasks.
ANJOLEN helps translate requirements into a practical roadmap with clearer priorities, ownership, documentation needs, dependencies, and next steps.
